UK Teacher Pay Scales 2023/24 (England)

Working as a school teacher in the UK in a school funded by the government, you are entitled to an annual salary, holidays, and a pension. All unqualified and qualified school teachers are placed on a salary scale according to the location of the school and the performance of the teacher.

Below is every pay scale for teachers in England for the 2023-2024 academic year with the pay freeze taken into account.

I’ve also added an income tax calculator so you can work out your net income.

The data here comes from the NEU website.
