University of Florida

University of Florida (locally referred to as "UF" or "Florida") is a public research university located in Gainesville, Florida. It was established in 1853 and has been at its current location since 1906.

The University of Florida offers 2-year associate degrees, 4-year bachelor degrees, 2-year master degrees and doctoral degrees in over 75 subject areas and 309 concentrations. Areas of study include business, technology, sports management, healthcare, history, psychology, criminal justice, general management, social work, communication and engineering, among others. Degrees are offered through one of the university's 15 academic colleges. Currently, the university offers over 100 undergraduate degrees and 200 graduate programs.

The University of Florida has been ranked the 17th best public university by US News & World Report and many of the school's graduate programs have ranked among the top 50 in the nation, including its renown computer science program. The university is also well known for being one of the most racially and culturally diverse institutions of higher learning in the nation. The University of Florida has the 12th highest enrollment of international students in the United States.

With an annual enrollment just over 49,600 it is the 3rd largest university in the state of Florida and one of the largest universities in the United States.

Hough Graduate School of Business
The Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida is consistently ranked among the top business schools in the United States. It was ranked 37th by U.S. News & World Report, 47th by Bloomberg, and 44th on the EducationCorner.com "2016 Business School Rankings" report. Its Online MBA programs ranked No.3 on the U.S. News and World Report "Best Online Graduate Business Program" ranking in 2014. It was ranked No.2 in Admissions Selectivity by U.S. News & World Report in 2013.

The Hough Graduate School of Business is comprised of 9 departments and offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in an array of business disciplines including economics, finance, entrepreneurship, information systems management, general management, marketing and accounting. The school is best known for its top ranked full-time, nationally renown MBA program.

UF Online
The University of Florida offers its students the opportunity to earn an online degree or complete courses online through its online division, UF Online. Online degrees are offered at the undergraduate level (B.A. and B.S.) in a variety of subject areas including psychology, anthrpology, business, biology, criminology & law, geography, computer science, environmental management, health, nursing, sports management and sociology.
