University Historian Club Scholarship

The University Historian Club Scholarship is an award sponsored by Texas A&M University - Texarkana.

Scholarship information:

Amount of Scholarship: Average - $400
Application Deadline: 1-March
Scholarship Requirements: "Priority given to an applicant who is an active historian club member and a degree- or certificate-seeking student majoring in history or an academic specialization or teaching field, enrolled in at least six semester hours, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average (undergraduates) or 3.5 cumulative grade point average (graduates), have completed at least six semester hours of history at Texas A&M U - Texarkana and have a minimum 3.5 grade point average (undergraduates) or 3.9 grade point average (graduates) in history with no grade below "B" in history courses, and must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area."
