Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a legal resident of Ashtabula County, Ohio, plan to attend on a full-time basis a private, Protestant-based college approved by the Foundation, and demonstrate financial need.
Eligibility: College freshman, College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Other postgraduate-level education
