Stanford Chen Internship Stipend

The Stanford Chen Internship Stipend is a Stipend sponsored by Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA).

Scholarship information:

Amount of Stipend: Average - $1500
Application Deadline: First Friday in April
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must have a serious interest in pursuing a career in print or broadcast journalism, and be an intern or have peen accepted into a journalism internship program with a print or broadcast company. Daily circulation for print companies must be under 10,000. For broadcast, market size 50 and higher are eligible. One of three grants will be awarded to a resident of the Pacific Northwest where Stan Chen spent a significant time as a journalist and mentor.
Eligibility: Must be a junior or senior in college.
