Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Education Foundation Family Scholarship

The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Education Foundation Family Scholarship is an award sponsored by Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Education Foundation.

Scholarship information:

Amount of Scholarship: Minimum - $5000, Maximum - $20000
Application Deadline: 1-February
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must have at least one parent or grandparent who has been an SME member in good standing for the last four years (this may include a stepparent), have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and a minimum combined SAT I score of 1000 (composite ACT score of 21). Selection is based upon academic excellence, communication skills, interpersonal skills, demonstrated interest and aptitude for potential future success in a manufacturing engineering or manufacturing engineering technology related field, and extracurricular activities.
