Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students

The Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students is a scholarship sponsored by American Legion Auxiliary, Department of Michigan.

Scholarship information:

Amount of Scholarship: Maximum - $500
Application Deadline: 15-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a Michigan resident who is the dependent of a veteran. Candidate must be a non-traditional student returning to higher education after an interruption, a degree-seeking student over age 22 attending college in Michigan for the first time, or a student over age 22 attending a Michigan vocational or trade school. Selection is based upon academic achievement, character/leadership, initiative, and financial need. Transcripts or work history required.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a college freshman, sophmore, junior or senior.
