Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have at least one parent of Hispanic origin, and live in an area with a participating local RMHC chapter (Southern California, Southern Colorado, Delaware, Northwest Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Central Pennsylvania, or Wyoming, or regions surrounding the following cities: Phoenix, Ariz.; Bakersfield, Fresno, Sacramento, San Diego, or San Francisco, Calif.; Colorado Springs or Denver, Colo.; Hartford, Conn.; Miami, Orlando, or Tampa Bay, Fla.; Chicago, Ill.; Boston, Mass.; Las Vegas or Reno, Nev.; Albuquerque, N.Mex.; Fargo, N.Dak.; Lawton, Oklahoma City, or Wichita Falls, Okla.; Philadelphia, Pa.; Amarillo, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, Houston, Lubbock, Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, or Victoria, Tex.
