The Ritchie-Sennings Memorial Scholarship is an award sponsored by Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Amount of Scholarship: Average - $1000

Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must submit a completed application form (available from your college's academic department, or from the ACFE's website: http://www.acfe.com/Membership/rjennings.asp); a copu of offical transcript showing all completed college or university courses; three letters of recommendation including one from a Certified Fraud Examiner or a local Association chapter (required for U.S. and Canadian citizens only), and other letters from faculty members, academic advisors, or work supervisors; an original essay between 250-500 words explaining why the application deserves the scholarship, and how fraud awareness will affect his or her professional career development. Applicants must mail all scholarship components in one package. Call, email or search the online database to receive the name of a local Association of Certified Fraud Examiners chapter. The applicant is responsible for meeting with the CFE or attending a chapter meeting for a possible recommendation.
