The Portland State University International Student Scholarship is an award sponsored by Portland State University.

Amount of Scholarship: Maximum - $3000
Application Deadline: June 15 (fall), October 15 (winter), February 15 (spring)
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must hold legal, non-immigrant status and be an international student. Candidate must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average, clearly defined degree goals, and meet all regular admissions requirements. Outstanding academic performance will be recognized.
Eligibility: College freshman, College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Master's-level study, Doctoral-level study
