Application Deadline: May 1, August 1
Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must be a high school graduate during the same academic year in which the scholarship is awarded. Candidate must be accepted for enrollment at an eligible institution of higher education and be a resident of Pennsylvania. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or national, or be able to provide evidence of permanent residency. Candidate must expect to be a full-time freshman student enrolled at an eligible institution of higher education, in the continental United States, following high school graduation. A letter of acceptance must be submited from the school or college with the application. Candidate must rank in the top 5 percent of graduating class, or hold a ranking of 1,2 or 3 in classes of 60 students or less. Scholarship may not be used to attend a foreign school. Awards for this program are contingent upon federal funding.
