Naturalist Intern
The Naturalist Intern is a Internship sponsored by New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
Scholarship information:
Amount of Internship: Living space, $200 per week stipend
Application Deadline: Three months prior to start of session
Scholarship Requirements: Preference given to applicant with strong background in natural history and/or education. Recipient will take on the role of environmental education staff. Opportunities for training and development of specific skills will be available depending on recipient's interests and the needs of the center. Internships available at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center in Delmar, N.Y., Rogers Environmental Education Center in Sherburne, N.Y., and Stony Kill Farm Environmental Education Center in Wappingers Falls, N.Y.
Eligibility: College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Master's-level study, Other postgraduate-level education
