Scholarship information:

Amount of Fellowship: Maximum - $16000
Application Deadline: 15-November
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be nominated by his/her departmental chair, have completed the residence requirements and coursework for the Ph.D. and the general or preliminary examinations before the date of application. Candidate must have certification of competence in two foreign languages, and be either a U.S. citizen or enrolled in a U.S. school.
Eligibility: Other postgraduate-level education
