Missouri Minority Teaching Scholarship
The Missouri Minority Teaching Scholarship is an award sponsored by Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Scholarship information:
Award Amount: Average - $3000
Application Deadline: 15-February
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a resident of Missouri; be an african american, asian american, hispanic american, or native american. Applicant may be a high school senior, college student or returning adult (without a degree) who ranked in the top 25 percent of their high school class or scored at or above the 75th percentile on the ACT or SAT examination. Applicant may be an individual who has completed 30 college hours and has a cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Applicant may have a baccalaureate degree who is returning to an approved math or science teacher eduation program.
Eligibility: College freshman, College sophomore, College junior, College senior, Other postgraduate-level education
