The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Missouri Teacher Education Scholarship is an award sponsored by Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Maximum - $2000
Application Deadline: 15-February
Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must be a Missouri resident; a high school senior or college student seeking certification to teach in Missouri public schools. The applicant must have ranked in the top 15% on the ACT or have ranked in the top 15% of their high school senior class. Candidates are selected on the basis of high school rank, ACT/SAT score, school and commmunity activities, interests, leadership skills, employment experience, desire to enter the field of education and recommendations. Complete application must be postmarked by February 15.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a college freshman, sophmore, junior or senior.
