Military Dependents' Scholarship

The Military Dependents' Scholarship is an award sponsored by Arkansas Department of Higher Education.

Scholarship information:

Application Deadline: August 1 (Fall), December 1 (Spring), May 1 (Summer), July 1 (Summer II Term)
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student who is a dependent child (under 24 years of age) or the spouse of any resident of the State of Arkansas and who, while serving in the US armed forces, has been declared killed in action, missing in action, a prisoner of war, a person killed on ordnance delivery, or those who have been awarded special monthly compensation be the federal Department of Veteran's Affairs and are determined as being service-connected, 100% totally and permanently disabled. Spouses who have remarried are not eligible.
