Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a Maryland resident at time of service obligation, a U.S. citizen or national. Candidate must have receirved a dental degree from a Marland college or university or an accredited U.S. dental school, be employed as a full-time dentist in Maryland, have a valid unrestricted Maryland dental license, not breached an obligation for service to federal, state or local goverment entity, and must not be in default of education loans or have incomplete service obligation.
