LIT Scholarship for Excellence

The LIT Scholarship for Excellence is a scholarship sponsored by Lambda Iota Tau (LIT).

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Average - $1000
Application Deadline: 31-May
Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must be a current student member of LIT (which requires being in the top 35% of class, having a minimum 3.5 grade point average in at least 12 semester hours of literature, having a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, and being in the fifth college semester). Applicants must be sponsored by an active chapter. Selection is based upon the quality of the applicant's scholarly or creative writing as evaluated by a committee. Recipients should demonstrate academic excellence, and should submit an application and a writing sample.
Eligibility: College senior, Master's-level study, Doctoral-level study
