Leo Rowe Pan American Fund Loan

The Leo Rowe Pan American Fund Loan is a Loan sponsored by Organization of American States (OAS).

Scholarship information:

Amount of Loan: Minimum - $5000, Maximum - $10000
Application Deadline: Every month
Scholarship Requirements: "Candidate must be a citizen or permanent resident of a country that belongs to the Organization of American States (except U.S. and Canada). Candidate must study in the U.S, have a U.S. student visa, proof of acceptance at a university or research, and demonstrate financial need. Candidate must have a meritorious personal and academic record and a minimum 3.0 grade point average or minimum grade average of "B" and be in position to complete successfully, within a maximum period of two years, the studies or research for which the loan is requested. Candidate must agree to return to his or her country of origin or residence (or another beneficiary country of the fund) within one year after completion of studies. Loans must be underwritten by a guarantor who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who will sign a contract pledging to repay the unpaid balance of the debt, should the loan recipient default."
Eligibility: College junior, College senior, Doctoral-level study, Master's-level study, Other postgraduate-level education
