The Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant is sponsored by Florida Department of Education.

Scholarship information:

Amount of Grant: Average - $2000
Application Deadline: 1-April
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must meet Florida's residency requirements, not be in default of any federal grant, scholarship or loan program, have a minimum 3.0 grade point average, and demonstrate financial need. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Candidate must be of Spanish culture born in or having a natural parent who was born in either Mexico or Spain, or a Hispanic country of the Caribbean, Central or South America, regardless of race.
Eligibility: College freshman, Master's-level study
