Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a high school graduate from Goochland County, Va., be recommended for good character in the community and high school, demonstrate academic achievement and financial need, be an active participant in high school activities, and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100. Candidate must submit FAFSA.
Eligibility: College freshman
