Howard P. Allen Scholarship for Edison International

The Howard P. Allen Scholarship for Edison International is a scholarship sponsored by Independent Colleges of Southern California.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: $20,000 to be paid over four years.
Application Deadline: 15-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S., a member of an underrepresented minority group, and live or attend high school in an area serviced by Southern California Edison. Candidate must be the first generation in their immediate family to attend college. Applicants must demonstrate academic performance, extracurricular activities, financial need, and leadership skills and submit and essay, proof of eligibility, recommendations, standardized test scores, and transcripts. Finalists will be interviewed.
Eligibility: Must be college freshman, sophmore, junior or senior.
