Herbert Lehman Education Fund Scholarship

The Herbert Lehman Education Fund Scholarship is a financial award sponsored by Earl Warren Shearman & Sterling Scholarship.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Minimum - $2000, Maximum - $2000
Application Deadline: 30-April
Scholarship Requirements: Applicants should demonstrate outstanding potential, as evidenced by their high school academic records, personal essays and recommendations. They must be of excellent character; and present strong recommendations from teachers, community representatives and employers. The Fund is most interested in students who have a clear understanding of their educational goals and academic abilities. Moreover, the student's community and school involvements should demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and ability to work well in diverse settings.
Eligibility: Must be college freshman, sophmore, junior or senior.
