The Georgia "Country Doctor" Scholarship is an award sponsored by State Medical Education Board of Georgia.

Award Amount: Average - $18000
Application Deadline: 1-April
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a Georgia resident, have earned a bachelor's degree, and be accepted or enrolled in a D.Osteo. or M.D. program at an accredited medical school. Selection is based upon financial need and commitment to practice medicine in a rural Georgia county.
Eligibility: Other postgraduate-level education
