George M. Brooker Collegiate Scholarship for Minorities
The George M. Brooker Collegiate Scholarship for Minorities is a scholarship sponsored by Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Foundation.
Scholarship information:
Award Amount: Minimum - $1000, Maximum - $2500
Application Deadline: 31-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a member of a minority group and a U.S. citizen. Candidate must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on 4.0 scale within their major and must have completed two courses in real estate or indicate an intent to complete such courses. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average for the academic year for which the award applies or the scholarship may be revoked. Three letters of recommendation and essay (500 words maximum) required.
