GEM Ph.D. Engineering Fellowship
The GEM Ph.D. Engineering Fellowship is a Fellowship sponsored by GEM Fellowship Programs/National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science.
Scholarship information:
Amount of Fellowship: Full Tuition, plus fees, stipend, and summer internship and travel expenses
Application Deadline: 1-December
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen, must be African-American, Native American, or Puerto Rican, Mexican-American, or other Hispanic-American, must have earned bachelor's degree through an accredited program, must have earned or be earning a master's degree in engineering, and must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average. Recipient must be free to accept 12 weeks of summer employment and must accept research or teaching assistantship after first year.
