Scholarship information:

Amount of Grant: Minimum - $250, Average - $1000, Maximum - $3000
Application Deadline: 15-March
Scholarship Requirements: Open to active members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Priority is given to ethnic minorities and women. Two letters of recommendation are required. A letter from the applicant's advisor or a registration slip verifying that the applicant is enrolled in a graduate program is also required. Criteria include merit in the program, the applicant's acceptance in an accredited graduate institution, the long range needs of the Church, financial need of the applicant, and availability of funds.
