Award Amount: Average - $16000, Maximum - $17000
Application Deadline: 1-February
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and hold a master's degree prior to award. Preference given to applicants at the dissertation stage, when course work is completed. Knowledge of both official languages required. Award amount is in Canadian dollars. Award may be used at Canadian schools only; permission may be granted for study abroad.
