Scholarship Requirements: Award is for seminar on the place of war in twentieth-century European history. Candidate must be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. or Canada and have a research interest in nineteenth- and twentieth-century German and European history, the history of war and war crimes, and/or violence and representation.
