Scholarship Requirements: "Applicants must have an interest in Congress and public policy. Recipient must agree to work as a legislative aide on Capital Hill. Three professional letters of recommendation, 500-word statement on "Why do you want to be in this program?", portfolio, resume, and writing sample required."
