Banatao Filipino American Education Fund College Scholarship

The Banatao Filipino American Education Fund College Scholarship is an award sponsored by Asian Pacific Fund.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Average - $5000
Application Deadline: 10-February
Scholarship Requirements: Candidates must be seniors in high school and at least 50 percent Filipino. Candidates must have at least a 3.0 grade point average and intend to enroll at a college or university. Candidates must also intend to major in engineering or physical or computer science, but health sciences are excluded. Candidates must be motivated, have potential, and prove the need for financial assistance. Candidates must be residents of any of these counties: Alameda, Marin, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Monterey, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, Solano, or Stanislaus.
