Austin E. Fox Memorial Scholarship
The Austin E. Fox Memorial Scholarship is an award sponsored by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Scholarship information:
Award Amount: Maximum - $1700
Application Deadline: 1-March
Scholarship Requirements: Award is determined by grades, character, and participation in community service. Candidates must be American citizens or eligible noncitizens, graduates of Orange County High School or members of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church both located in Oak Park, VA, and studying full-time, (a minimum of 12 credits every semester). Beginning freshman and transfer students should have scored at least 1100 on the SAT. Students reapplying for this award should have at least a 3.0 Quality Credit Average (QCA). Candidates must also complete a FAFSA.
