ASDSO Scholarship

The ASDSO Scholarship is an award sponsored by Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO).

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Minimum - $1000, Maximum - $2500
Application Deadline: 31-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidates must be American citizens studying at an accredited school, have at least a 3.0 grade point average during the first 2 years of study, and show interest in beginning a career in hydraulics, geotechnical studies, hydrology, or subjects related to the design, operation, and construction of dams. Candidates are required to provide a letter of recommendation from an academic advisor and submit an essay detailing reasons for applying and career goals. Award is determined by grades, financial need, work experience, extra-curricular activities, and the essay.
