Art Institutes Best Teen Chef Competition

The Art Institutes Best Teen Chef Competition is a Tuition Waiver sponsored by Art Institutes.

Scholarship information:

Amount of Tuition Waiver: Minimum - $2000, Maximum - $30000
Application Deadline: 10-February
Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must be high school seniors nearing graduation with at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average. Candidates must submit an entry form, academic transcript, and short single paragraph statement describing why they’re interested in a culinary arts career. Candidates are also required to submit a notebook which includes: a menu providing details about a 2- course meal, including a main dish with starch, vegetable, garnish, and sauce, a soup/salad, and an appetizer. Candidates must also provide detailed recipes and preparation instructions for each course.
