Anchor Scholarship

The Anchor Scholarship is an award sponsored by Anchor Scholarship Foundation.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Minimum - $1000, Maximum - $4000
Application Deadline: 15-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidates must be a dependent of a retired or active duty service member. Sponsors are required to have served at least 6 years in a unit overseen by the U.S. Pacific Fleet, Atlantic Fleet, Naval Surface Forces, or Commander. Time served does not have to be consecutive. Candidates must be studying full-time at an accredited university or college and intend to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Applicants can also be high school seniors intending to attend college. Award is determined by grades, extracurricular activity participation, personal character, and financial need. To get an application, click on www.anchorscholarship.com and provide eligibility information. Applications can be submitted through UPS or electronically.
Eligibility: Must be college freshman, sophmore, junior or senior.
