Scholarship Requirements: Candidates must be American citizens or permanent residents earning a PhD in a full-time program. Candidates must be minorities, (such as African-Americans, American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Hispanics, Asian-Americans, or Pacific Islanders), and demonstrate interest in pursuing a research career to learn about issues affecting minority populations. Individuals specializing in developmental, experimental, industrial, social, or educational psychology, or those pursuing research careers should consider applying. Candidates must provide an essay, 3 letters of reference, academic transcripts, and GRE scores.
