Award Amount: Average - $1000
Application Deadline: 10-March
Scholarship Requirements: Candidates must be American Legion, Sons of the American Legion, or American Legion Auxiliary members and proven that their dues have been paid for the previous 2 years. Candidates are required to be non-traditional students entering college after an extended period of time with a minimum of 1 year of college education and documented financial need. Individuals who’ve been awarded the Legion Auxiliary Spirit of Youth Scholarship cannot apply. Award is determined by grades, character, leadership skills, and career goals.
Eligibility: College sophomore, College junior, College senior
