Allied Dental Health Scholarship

The Allied Dental Health Scholarship is a financial award sponsored by American Dental Association (ADA) Endowment and Assistance Fund, Inc..

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Maximum - $1000
Application Deadline: August 15; September 15 (Dental Assisting Program)
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be a US citizen currently attending a dental hygiene program with a 3.0 grade point average, a dental laboratory program with a 2.8 grade point average, or a dental assisting program with a 2.8 grade point average, all accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Dental hygiene and dental laboratory students must be second year students, but dental assisting students must be beginning students. Candidate must submit application forms, a copy of the school's letter of acceptance, two letters of recommendation, and a one page, typed, double-spaced biographical sketch. Application forms must be original, typed, completed and signed, and be embossed with the school's official seal. Selection is based upon financial need, academic achievement, a biographical sketch, and letters of reference.
