The Academic Finalist is a scholarship sponsored by Northern Illinois University.

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Minimum - $4300, Maximum - $5819, Full Tuition
Application Deadline: February 1 (freshmen), March 1 (transfers)
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must have a minimum 27 ACT composite score or 45 transferrable credit hours. Award is the equivalent of in-state tuition. Transfer students must have 3.5 grade point average.
