AACN Educational Advancement Scholarship

The AACN Educational Advancement Scholarship is a financial award sponsored by American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).

Scholarship information:

Award Amount: Average - $1500
Application Deadline: 1-April
Scholarship Requirements: Candidate must be an AACN member, licensed as an RN, employed in a critical care unit, or worked in a critical unit for one of the three previous years. They must also have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, submit grade transcripts, verify employment, and write a personal statement. Undergraduate applicants must be enrolled in an NLN-accredited nursing bachelor’s degree program. Graduate applicants need to hold a bachelor’s degree be earning or planning to pursue a graduate program. 1/5 of awards are given to minority students.
Eligibility: College junior, College senior, Master's-level study, Doctoral-level study
